Level 1 Course
Covers  the essential core skills for mountain bikers suitable for all from entry level upwards
Ratio 1:4
One day – 10.00 to 4.30
This one day course teaches you all of the basic skills that will put you in control of your mountain bike and help you to get the more fun out of your riding right away. Core skills include braking, balancing, body position, track stands, wheelies, cornering, bunny hops and so on - the building blocks of mountain biking.  Whether you are a beginner or an experienced rider who wants to revisit the basics you may have skipped, you'll learn the techniques to underpin a lifetime of mtb joy.  Although the day will have a programme with specific learning outcomes in mind, the course will be very much client-centred and adapted to meet the individual student's needs and goals.
Level one course clients will be streamed to ensure that group members are of similar ability and experience.

Level 2 Course
For intermediate to advanced riders aiming to up their game
Ratio 1:4
One day – 10.00 to 4.30
This one day course is aimed at experienced riders who want to further develop and improve their performance.  Already sound in the core skills, you will be looking for a range of techniques and moves to help you enjoy more technical terrain, obstacles and conditions.  The course will be very much client-centred and adapted to help meet your needs and goals.
If you are unsure which level course would be better for you, please contact us, but you would probably be better to start with Level 1.

Private Lessons
If you’d prefer private lessons, we have various dates available.  If there are 3 or more of you, then it actually works out cheaper to go  private.  Please contact us to discuss requirements and dates.
