Winter Wild – Winter & Night Skills for MTB

This is where the fun really starts! Don’t let winter conditions get in the way of your MTB adventures - when the going gets tough, the tough get out on their bikes. This winter-specific course will show you how to have the best time on your bike when most other riders are hibernating. Regardless of the conditions, daylight or darkness, we guarantee you much fun in the Land of Gnarl.

Course covers winter & night riding techniques, winter navigation, survival skills.

Suitable for MTB addicts who love a challenge.

Winter Wild is offered as a two day course - £95 per person.
Coach : rider ratio - 1:6 (max)

Pre-requirements: Confident riding on most rough tracks and trails; bike-fit on varied and challenging terrain. Up for it. No winter or night riding experience necessary.

Gear requirements
Crucially, you will need a good, well-maintained mountain bike and preferably one with full suspension, although hard tails with front suspension are of course fine. We know you love your bike, but MTB technology has been evolving super-fast; if you think your bike might not be up to the job, it may be better to hire one locally (we can arrange that for you). If you have any questions about your bike’s trail-worthiness or what else to bring, don’t hesitate to phone us on 01479 810676.
